We love our bees. They do so much work all year, not just in the spring. We aim to provide superior husbandry allowing our bees to do what they do best, pollinate. When the bees are healthy and strong, they are happy. When the bees can fly and pollinate, they bring back wonderful nectar and turn it into delicious honey.
By maintaining best practices in apiculture we seek to keep abreast of new issues concerning bees and honey production. We try to attend a seminar to continue learning whenever possible. The 2020 seminar in Geneva NY was canceled due to COVID19. However, NYBeeWellness has much to offer including virtual seminars.
We hope to bring our customers an amazing product easily distinguished from others. Our raw honey is pure and unpasteurized. We use gravity to strain our honey. No mechanical pressurized filtering, no extreme heat, and NO ADDITIVES.
